3 Things to do for a Whiter Smile

I get compliments on my white teeth ALL the time, and a lot of people ask me how I do it. I don’t do any of those crazy light things or go to the dentist for whitening. The secret is CREST! (3D white to be specific) I have linked the products that I use below. I have them all linked through Target, but you can get any of these at Wal-Mart or any drug store. Keep a look out in the paper for coupons that you can use on these products too because who doesn’t love a deal?

1 Brush your teeth twice a day.

I have been using Crest 3D White for about a year now. The results are amazing and I love the taste of the toothpaste. Other tooth pastes I have used before didn’t leave my mouth feeling fresh after I brushed, but this tooth paste leaves your mouth feeling fresh for hours.  Recently I have tried Crest 3D White Luxe and I love it even more. It is a little more expensive, but it’s honestly worth it.

2 Use mouth wash after brushing!

Mouth wash is beneficial to your over all oral health. Just like toothpaste, there are a bunch of different mouthwash brands out there. Different mouthwashes have different goals that are targeted. Crest 3D Mouthwash will also add to your whiter smile, and it will leave your breath fresh after using as well.

3 Crest 3D White Strips

I have not tried other whitening strips to compare, but I did have good experiences using Crest 3D White Strips. They don’t move once you place them on your teeth, and the directions are easy to follow. Again I purchased these at target, I used a coupon for them and I also used my Target card to get 5% off. My personal secret to white strips is to use them every day for 3-4 days and then cut down to using them once a week until your box is gone. Since white strips can get a little pricey I have found that whitening this way will allow you to still get the amazing results, and also make them last longer.
